Dupli is a newly evicted man in his late 20's down on his luck, until the government of the city state Insurgent City passes a bill called the Comp Bill. This bill gives properties and assets to any who would start a business in the big city.
INSURGENT CITY
This broken world is ripe with injustice and corruption, and the only way forward is to start anew. But fair warning, it takes a strong resolve to keep collected in this ruthless process, or, someone highly delusional at the very least. Either way, you must be willing to do whatever it takes.

You've paced this really well, short and sweet. I think it'd be nice to have the prices of things on the buttons themselves, it'd help me crank out those computers.
so if you hover over the buttons there should be tooltips, unless you did and there’s nothing popping up I’d like to know if that’s the case o.o also thank you! Our programmers had time to play test and edit luckily!
The tool tips do help, however they take a while to pop up for each one which can bog things down, and the low opacity of the background sprite makes it a bit hard to read.

It's literally my only feedback however, I really enjoyed this otherwise, the game feels like a good vertical slice which is impressive for a game jam :)
nice, I love taking over the pc marketplace, causing it to inflate!
